SAP Senior Business Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and SAP system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing SAP solutions to optimize operations and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP capabilities.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to support end-users and ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, addressing issues promptly.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with expertise in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, or PRINCE2) are highly desirable
