About the Role: Lead the strategic delivery of a multi-year, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role combines technical programme leadership, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial oversight to unlock operational excellence and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation aligned with business goals.
- Drive agile/hybrid methodologies, integrated planning, and programme governance.
- Champion change management strategies and stakeholder alignment from Board to frontline.
- Build and lead high-performance internal and external delivery teams.
- Manage partners (SI, BI, SAP), contracts, and vendor performance.
- Oversee budgeting, benefits tracking, KPIs, and risk mitigation.

Essential Skills

Desirable Extras
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, EWM, BTP, and RISE.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG sectors.
