About the Role: We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Service Transition Manager to oversee the seamless transition of SAP services from project delivery to operational support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, service management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute service transition plans for SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring smooth handover to operational teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and service delivery teams to define transition requirements and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain service governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to operational teams to ensure readiness for ongoing support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service transitions, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service transition-related issues and escalations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and service management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service transition best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP certifications) are highly desirable.
