About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with expertise in Tricentis tools to lead and manage testing activities for SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects, including S/4HANA implementations.
• Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring efficient execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Utilize Tricentis tools (e.g., Tosca, Test Automation) to design and execute automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, with expertise in Tricentis tools (e.g., Tosca, Test Automation).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, including S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, VBScript).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• SAP certifications and experience in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) are a plus.
